One thing that is obvious when looking for Lehigh Acres Condominiums is that they are in limited numbers . Also most condo buildings are low rise units which are normally less than 3 floors. Most of Lehigh Acres has single family homes built on individual lots or in communities. The next most popular property are duplexes or as they are called in Southwest Florida attached villas.

The reason for so few Lehigh condo buildings is that over the years single family lots and attached villas as well as houses have been inexpensive.Therefore more people just purchased lots and built or bought an existing property.

If you a looking for a lot to build a single family home then we will be sure to check the zoning around your lot.This is because it could be mixed use area of homes and attached villas.  If you are building a twin villa then either a mixed use area would be fine.

Even in Lehigh Acres communities multiple family units are attached villas or coach homes. Coach homes are usually a 4-plex where you live upstairs or downstairs and typically have a one or two car garage. Town Homes are not as common as Coach Homes but do exist in some areas.
